Job summary

PostEx in Lahore is seeking an Accounts Executive with expertise in payables and invoice processing, preferably with logistics experience. The role focuses on processing cargo and fleet invoices and ensuring accurate vendor payments.

You will support monthly analysis, reconciliations, and improvements across branches, while collaborating with the finance team and reporting to the manager.

Qualifications

• B.Com or BBA in Accounting & Finance required.
• Experience in payables and invoice processing is essential.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills are required.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting processes is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process cargo and fleet invoices.
• Reconcile vendor invoices with fleet records and payment details.
• Identify discrepancies, control gaps, and process inefficiencies.
• Support monthly trip-wise and shipment-wise analysis.
• Support monthly accounts related to cargo and fleet payables.
• Conduct branch visits to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support process training and other tasks assigned by the manager.
