Job summary

Tech Bridge Consultancy in Lahore is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounting team and support international clients with accounting and account administration tasks. The role requires 1–2 years of international accounting experience and hands-on work with QuickBooks Online.

You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, handle reconciliations, invoicing, and collaborate with B2B clients, ensuring accurate records and timely responses.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of international accounting experience.
• Account Administration experience.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Manage routine account administration and maintain accurate account records.
• Record and categorize financial transactions accurately.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Prepare invoices, bills, payment entries, and expense records.
• Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records.
• Assist with monthly account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Communicate directly with international B2B clients regarding accounting matters.
• Handle client queries with clear professional support.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain required financial documents.
• Review financial data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of accounting processes and records.
• Support the accounting team with other finance-related tasks.
