Job summary
Accountaxpert LLC in Lahore is seeking an Accounting Associate to support the monthly close for a portfolio of international clients, with supervision from a senior reviewer. You will learn US GAAP and modern cloud accounting on real engagements, not exercises.
It's a panel position with a clear, documented path from Associate to Specialist. You will receive structured training on Xero and QuickBooks Online and work from our Lahore office alongside the team.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years accounting experience, including fresh graduates.
- Grounding in double-entry bookkeeping and reconciliations.
- Comfortable spoken and written English.
- Willing to work an overlap with US business hours.
- Residing in Pakistan and legally able to work here.
- Genuinely willing to learn — we train on the platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support the monthly close for a portfolio of international clients
- Prepare bank, credit card and payment-processor reconciliations for review
- Process AP and AR transactions accurately and on schedule
- Assist with payroll runs and supporting schedules
- Keep client records and documentation tidy and audit-ready
- Follow documented processes and flag anything that looks wrong
