Zones LLC in Islamabad seeks a Client Success Manager Trainee to drive customer satisfaction and ensure successful onboarding. You will manage orders, build relationships across departments, and support project execution for new accounts in early stages.

Ideal candidates have a business degree, 2–3 years in enterprise sales or customer service, strong communication, organization, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in enterprise sales or customer service.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Excellent organizational and process management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and quotes accurately and promptly per SLAs.
• Monitor open orders and expedite to meet deadlines.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers across departments.
• Communicate order status and alternatives to customers and sales teams.
• Provide exceptional service as primary contact for issues.
• Coordinate inventory management for hardware and software contracts.
• Participate in account planning and project management with PMO.
• Identify opportunities to increase account profitability and promote Zones automation.
