A leading consumer products company is seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor to manage sales in the Visayas region. The role involves developing a territory sales plan, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales quotas. Candidates should have at least five years of sales experience and a relevant bachelor's degree. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential. Frequent travel within the territory is required.
The Territory Sales Supervisor is responsible for understanding and developing the Visayas territory to maximize and grow revenue and profits by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services for Consumer Care Products, Inc. - Pet Care Division within the territory. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for achieving sales quota in the assigned product lines and for supporting the product-line success of an assigned team of account specialists.
