- Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle incoming calls, assist with reservations, and provide hotel information.

A hotel front desk agent is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional first impression to guests, handling their check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring their stay is comfortable. Their job duties typically include:
- Guest Check-in/Check-out: Register guests, verify their information, assign rooms, and process payments. Check out departing guests and provide receipts.
- Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolve any issues, and ensure satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Phone and Email Communication: Handle incoming calls, assist with reservations, provide hotel information, and relay messages for guests.
- With valid original barangay and police clearance
- Good with customer service is an edge
- Detail-oriented, and good with customers
- All gender are welcome
- Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- 18 years old and above
- High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- Physically fit
