Job summary
A local real estate agency in Davao del Sur is seeking a qualified candidate to assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. The role involves market research, contract negotiation, and supporting clients throughout transactions. - Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing and trends.
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants and answer their questions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and process necessary documents, including agreements and leases.
- Advertise and market properties through online listings, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and other industry professionals.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the transaction process.
