Job summary

Dynamic Business Outsourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to enhance and optimize our Zoho CRM environment. You will develop custom solutions, implement integrations with third-party platforms, and automate business processes to expand CRM capabilities as the business grows.

You will design workflows, scripts, reports, and dashboards while ensuring data integrity and security across the Zoho ecosystem.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or similar CRM development role.
Strong hands-on Zoho CRM customization and administration.
Experience with Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, REST APIs, and webhooks.
Experience integrating phone, SMS, and email platforms with Zoho CRM.
Knowledge of API authentication methods (OAuth, REST, JSON, XML).
Ability to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain the Zoho CRM system to meet business requirements.
Build and manage integrations between Zoho CRM and third-party applications, including Zoho Billing and communication platforms.
Design and implement workflow automations, custom functions, and business process improvements.
Develop and maintain Deluge scripts, custom modules, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Troubleshoot system issues, integration failures, and performance concerns.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
Ensure data integrity, security, and best practices across the Zoho ecosystem.
Document customizations, integrations, and technical processes.
Recommend new Zoho features and third-party integrations to improve operational efficiency.
