Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking a proactive STR Transaction Coordinator to oversee end-to-end real estate transactions sourced primarily through Zillow and other online channels.

You will coordinate between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies, ensuring every step from contract to closing is executed efficiently and accurately, with a strong emphasis on timely follow-ups and meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating real estate transactions, STR preferred.
• Strong contract knowledge and closing process understanding.
• Experience with Zillow or similar online lead generation platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate STR real estate transactions from lead to closing.
• Draft, review, and manage purchase agreements and related contracts.
• Manage Zillow-generated leads with timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate communication among co-broking agents, buyers/sellers, lenders, title companies, inspectors.
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, and due diligence activities.
• Ensure documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Maintain organized transaction records and CRM updates.
• Monitor deadlines and contingencies to ensure smooth progression.
