Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and compliance.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, DocuSign, and CRM systems.
• Experience with transaction management platforms (Dotloop, SkySlope, BrokerMint, KW Command) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and communication platforms (Slack, Teams, Zoom) is preferred.

• Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing.
