Job summary

CS Outsource in the Philippines is seeking a proactive STR Transaction Coordinator to manage end-to-end real estate transactions sourced mainly through Zillow and other online channels. You will coordinate between buyers, sellers, agents and vendors, ensure contracts are drafted and closed accurately, and maintain CRM records while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate STR real estate transactions from lead to closing.
Draft, review, and manage purchase agreements and related contracts.
Track Zillow-generated leads and support conversion timelines.
Serve as central point of contact between co-broking agents, buyers/sellers, and vendors.
Schedule inspections, appraisals, and due diligence activities.
Ensure all documents are complete and submitted on time.
Maintain organized transaction records and update CRM regularly.
Monitor deadlines and contingencies to ensure smooth closing.
