Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Technical background with practical cybersecurity experience.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Ability to build trusted customer relationships as a technical contact.

Responsibilities

• Be customer's main technical contact and trusted advisor for Akamai's Zero Trust solutions.
• Design a journey with the customer and assist in achieving milestones.
• Identify requirements and provide technical recommendations through introduction of new features, products and services.
• Assess deployment regularly to identify gaps and provide best-practice / optimization recommendations.
• Support integration requirements between Akamai Zero Trust solutions and other 3rd party solutions.
• Providing technical training to the customer's team on the use and maintenance of the implemented Akamai products.
