Job summary

Akamai's Zero Trust Team is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help customers fully leverage our Zero Trust solutions and drive growth.

You will be the primary technical contact, design customer journeys, and provide technical recommendations to achieve milestones across on-premises and cloud deployments.

With 5+ years in CS/EE and strong cybersecurity background, you will build trusted relationships and deliver expert guidance while training customer teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's in Computer Science or electrical engineering.
• Technical background and practical experience in cybersecurity.
• Build trusted relationships as the primary technical contact.
• Deliver expert advice on infrastructure design and optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Being customer's main technical contact and acting as a trusted advisor for Akamai's Zero Trust solutions.
• Designing a journey with customer and provide assistance to help them on achieving planned milestones.
• Identifying and analyzing customer's requirements and providing technical recommendations through introduction of new features, products and services.
• Assessing the deployment on a regular basis to identify gaps and provide best-practice / optimization recommendations.
• Supporting integration requirements between Akamai Zero Trust solutions and other 3rd party solutions.
• Providing technical training to the customer's team on the use and maintenance of the implemented Akamai products.
