Job summary

Jobgether in Mexico is seeking a Director of Technical Account Management to lead a TAM team, advise customers on cybersecurity best practices, and drive scalable security solutions across a global customer base.

You will develop processes, enablement programs, and repeatable playbooks to improve adoption, retention, and business outcomes while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of client-facing cybersecurity consulting or TAM roles.
• Experience leading technical teams in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, threat intelligence and identity security.
• Experience with SaaS solutions and security workflow integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a TAM team delivering trusted advisement and escalation.
• Develop TAM processes, playbooks, and enablement programs.
• Provide advanced technical guidance on cybersecurity and threat intel to customers.
• Collaborate with CS, Product, Engineering to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Establish dashboards, KPIs and measurement frameworks for TAM impact.
• Support customer visits and industry events with hands-on expertise.
• Share market feedback to inform product strategy.
