Job summary

TV5 Network, Inc. is seeking an experienced YouTube Content Lead to own the programming, creative direction, growth, and revenue of TV5 Entertainment’s YouTube ecosystem.

You will turn TV5’s shows, library, and talents into a monetizing network across long-form, Shorts, livestream, and original formats. You will decide what gets made and why, while the Operations Lead handles delivery, CMS, rights, and technomedia production.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years programming or producing YouTube content for entertainment in the Philippines.
• Personally produced or showrun YouTube-native entertainment series with significant scale and monetization.
• Strong relationships with talents, talent managers, and creators; deep understanding of Filipino viewing behavior.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Broadcast Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, Multimedia Arts, Film, or related field.
• Experience in YouTube management, digital video production, entertainment, or broadcasting.

Responsibilities

• Define channel architecture and run the programming grid; manage premieres, playlists, Shorts, livestreams and podcasts.
• Develop and produce YouTube-native original series and formats; work at showrunner level with producers and talents.
• Own titles, thumbnails, hooks, and retention editing standards; run A/B tests and apply learnings.
• Own YouTube revenue: ad revenue, memberships, Super Chat/Thanks, Shopping, and branded integrations; maximize library monetization.
• Monitor YouTube Analytics and ensure compliance with policies; coordinate rights, clearances, licensing, and talent agreements.
