Oliveboard is seeking a YouTube Growth Manager to own the YouTube channel end-to-end. You will set content strategy, work with faculty and video teams to improve retention and APV, and translate analytics into growth actions for subscribers, watch time and views.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience managing and growing YouTube channels, preferably in edtech or media.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube distribution: impressions, CTR, retention, APV, session behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Own channel growth targets across subscribers, views, watch time, retention curves and APV.
• Set titles, thumbnails, hooks, structure and pacing; run structured A/B tests and document results.
• Report channel performance weekly using YouTube Studio and YouTube Analytics.
• Support affiliate promotions and new organic growth experiments as priorities shift.
