Job summary

PlayTime Entertainment is seeking an MCN Leader to steer the creator and influencer network across multiple platforms. You will drive creator acquisition, content performance, audience growth, monetization, and campaign execution, coordinating with internal and overseas teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in MCN operations or influencer management, with proven leadership and strong knowledge of TikTok/Facebook/YouTube/Instagram. Experience with monetization strategies is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in MCN operations, influencer management, digital marketing, livestreaming or related field.
• Experience in leadership or team management.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.
• Experience with creator acquisition, content strategy, audience growth and monetization.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the MCN team and creator network.
• Establish strategies, targets, and performance standards for creators and channels.
• Monitor team and creator performance to achieve business objectives.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage influencers, streamers, content creators, and KOLs.
• Build strong relationships with creators and support their growth.
• Develop retention and engagement strategies for top creators.
• Develop content strategies across TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and other channels.
• Monitor content trends, audience behavior, platform algorithms, and competitor activities.
• Guide creators on content quality, posting strategies, livestreaming, and engagement.
• Track metrics: views, reach, engagement, follower growth, livestream performance and revenue.
• Develop monetization strategies to improve MCN profitability.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on data.
• Work with Marketing, Branding, Social Media, Creative and Operations on campaigns.
• Coordinate with overseas teams to align MCN strategies and initiatives.
• Manage creator participation in brand campaigns, livestreams, events, and promos.
