Job summary

TV5 Network, Inc. is seeking a senior digital leader to drive the Entertainment BU’s digital content strategy and revenue growth across YouTube, social, and the Entertainment website.

You will own programming calendars, originate high-value digital franchises, and lead cross-functional teams to scale audience and monetization. You will build relationships with talents, managers, production houses, and platform partners, ensuring rights clearances and governance while guiding strategic content

Qualifications

7+ years in Philippine entertainment across roles in network or digital publishing.
12–15 years in entertainment, broadcasting, digital media, or production.
At least 5 years in senior digital leadership with revenue responsibility.

Responsibilities

Set and own the Entertainment BU’s digital content strategy and monetization plan.
Own the digital programming calendar and pre-launch to post-episode lifecycle for titles.
Lead ideation sessions; approve pilots; raise the bar for Filipino, talent-driven content.
Build relationships with talents, managers, producers, and platform partners.
Set KPIs and drive improvements with Analytics and cross-functional teams.
