Job summary

Shopee Philippines is looking for a Strategic Growth Lead to drive nationwide growth initiatives targeting the 18–24 youth segment. You will own end-to-end programs, from user insights to scalable campaigns, collaborating with Product, Brand, Commercial and Operations to accelerate market penetration.

You will design tactical campaigns, influence product roadmaps, run iteration loops to optimize ROI, and align diverse stakeholders to deliver measurable growth with speed and discipline.

Qualifications

• Strategic execution experience in a fast-paced tech company.
• Ability to build initiatives from concept to execution with KPI governance.
• Familiarity with product management concepts and translating marketing needs into product features.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of PH youth culture and fast-paced growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-1 strategic growth projects: research, framework design, KPI definition and executive-level reporting.
• Design tactical marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement across the youth segment.
• Influence Product Management to shape feature roadmaps and enable rapid rollouts that serve youth habits.
