Job summary

Shopee is seeking a motivated student to support our Affiliate Marketing team in the Philippines. You will assist end-to-end campaigns with Enterprise partners and affiliates under the Shopee Ambassador Programme, helping drive growth and brand presence.

You'll manage campaign creatives, track performance with an analytical mindset, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on targets. Solid Excel skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach and Excel proficiency.
• Self-starter, fast learner, and team player.
• Experience in affiliate marketing or marketing agency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end affiliate marketing campaigns with Enterprise partners and/or individual affiliates on Shopee Ambassador Programme.
• Manage campaign creatives, communications, and incentive programs to achieve affiliate marketing goals.
• Track and analyse the performance of existing affiliate channels through data-driven approach, and consequently optimise and achieve commercial objectives
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to support execution of platform and brand campaigns.
