Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor weekly competitor insights, and own multiple projects from start to finish for a 3-6 month period, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills able to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable with data, quantitative analysis and performance metrics; Excel proficiency is a plus.
• Self-motivated, fast learner with a proactive approach and end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment of 3-6 months - Full-time interns preferred.

Responsibilities

• CRM: Support campaign management to reduce customer churn rate, including execution, data management and analysis.
• New User: Maintain in-app touchpoints to encourage new buyer acquisition.
• Online Marketing: Assist ad campaign execution, copywriting, visuals creation and performance tracking/optimisation.
• Weekly Competitor Tracking: Assist in competitor analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
