Shopee is seeking an enthusiastic student for a business development-focused role in the Philippines. You will help shape strategy, design partner pitches, and participate in client meetings to address concerns and foster ongoing relationships.

As part of the team, you will support onboarding activities and maintain proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction, collaborating with colleagues to drive partnerships and growth.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas
• Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team
• Prior experience in sales or business development will be advantageous

Responsabilités

• Strategy development: Formulate plans and execute initiatives to identify potential partnerships and collaborations
• Pitch design: Develop materials tailored to partners to effectively convey our service value proposition
• Client management: Arrange and participate in client pitch meetings and address concerns
• Client onboarding: Support in ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction
