Qualifications

• Able to provide own transportation (mileage reimbursed) to complete travel requirements of the job.
• Bilingual skills, based on Affiliate Site location or local contracts, may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safe and effective provision of services and ensures adherence to safety policies.
• Hires, supervises, trains, and evaluates program personnel.
• Develops and maintains community collaborations and communicates with civic leaders and professionals.
• Maintains program budgets and arranges for equipment and supplies.
• Monitors records and documentation, including service plans and case notes, for timely completion.
