Qualifications

• Experience working in a counseling or clinical setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing supervision processes and documentation.
• Help create evaluation tools for counselors.
• Coordinate with Counseling Program on client feedback.
• Understand legal requirements for counseling documentation.
• Organize group therapy workshops.
• Drive projects led by CST.
• Provide analysis of reports needed by CST.
