Medicare Plus Inc. is seeking a The Company Nurse – YAKAP Program Coordinator responsible for coordinating and facilitating the PhilHealth YAKAP Program for employees and eligible patients.

The role ensures timely access to benefits, proper documentation, and collaboration with healthcare providers. The candidate will assist with registration, enrollment, and coordination of consultations and preventive services, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring data privacy in compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• RN license (PRC) is required.
• Experience as Company/Clinic nurse or healthcare coordinator is preferred.
• Experience with PhilHealth programs, YAKAP, primary care or healthcare benefits is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of the PhilHealth YAKAP Program for employees and patients/members.
• Assist patients with YAKAP registration, verification and enrollment.
• Explain YAKAP benefits and eligibility; guide access to healthcare services.
• Coordinate consultations, primary care services, labs, and other covered services.
• Liaise with physicians, laboratories, clinics, and accredited providers.
• Assist in scheduling consultations and follow-ups.
