Job summary

Staffstream is hiring an XPLAN Client Services Officer for an Australian financial planning practice. This role focuses on back-end administration, file setup, and ensuring accuracy across client records in XPLAN to support advisers and paraplanners.

You'll work primarily on administration, fact finds, and provider communication, with roughly 70% practice admin and 30% growth preparation, SOP development, and campaign support. Fully remote from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience with XPLAN client files, risk profiles, and fact finds.
