Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. seeks a Senior Client Service Officer to drive end-to-end implementation for Australian clients from a remote setup. You will prepare advice documents, manage applications, and communicate progress to advisers and clients.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of Australian client financial planning experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with Xplan. A collaborative, confidential, and proactive team player is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of financial planning experience with Australian clients.
• Familiarity with investment platforms and their requirements.
• Knowledge of advice rules and financial planning practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalise advice documents and implement recommendations.
• Complete application forms and track implementation.
• Provide clear updates in client meetings and workflow status.
• Maintain strong relationships with Advisers, Client Associates, and internal clients.
• Manage workflow tasks, databases, and CRM systems.
• Ensure invoices and debtors are paid and up to date.
• Meet KPI targets to deliver excellent client experience.
• Deliver high quality written and verbal client communications.
• Liaise with fund managers and update client portfolios in planning software.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
