Job summary

Global BPO Solution Ltd. is seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to support Australian financial advisers with client administration, Xplan management, and life insurance applications.

This remote role requires at least 3 years in an Australian financial planning firm, hands-on Xplan experience, and excellent English communication. You will manage onboarding, reviews, and post-advice implementation across multiple client files.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Australian financial planning firm.
• Hands-on experience using Xplan in an Australian financial planning environment.
• Experience supporting Australian financial advisers with client administration and servicing.
• Experience handling onboarding, reviews, and post-advice implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and set up client records in Xplan.
• Prepare client files and documentation for adviser reviews.
• Maintain and update client information and workflows in Xplan.
• Coordinate post-advice implementation per advisers' instructions.
• Process life insurance applications and follow-up with insurers.
• Liaise with Australian insurers on requirements and underwriting.
• Follow-up with clients, advisers, insurers, and providers to complete applications.
• Assist with ongoing client reviews and reporting documents.
• Monitor multiple files with accuracy and confidentiality.
