Job summary

Global BPO Solution Ltd. is seeking a Senior Paraplanner in a 100% remote role based in the Philippines. The candidate will support Australian financial advisers by preparing SOAs/ROAs, modelling complex strategies (SMSFs, trusts, company structures) and ensuring high-quality, compliant advice documentation using XPLAN.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of paraplanning experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work autonomously to deliver accurate, client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ paraplanning experience at a senior level in Australian financial planning.
• Advanced proficiency in XPLAN is mandatory for all advice documents.
• Experience handling complex strategies including SMSFs, trusts, and company structures.
• Ability to work autonomously and liaise directly with Australian advisers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear, accurate SOAs, ROAs, and strategy presentations using XPLAN.
• Model and structure complex financial planning strategies for clients.
• Collaborate directly with advisers to clarify briefs and align on outcomes.
• Review adviser requests to identify gaps or compliance issues and propose solutions.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and compliance with standards.
