Qualifications

• Experience in a financial planning practice is required.
• Ability to manage client files and data with accuracy.
• Knowledge of fact-finds, risk profiles, and provider processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client records end to end in XPLAN ensuring accuracy.
• Enter fact finds and extract data for paraplanners.
• Create and manage tasks in XPLAN and organize documents.
• Handle administration before/after advice including sending fact finds and risk profiles.
• Obtain run-downs and certificates of currency from funds.
• Prepare and lodge applications with funds, platforms, and insurers.
• Support annual reviews and maintain compliant file structures.
• Triage inboxes and manage document execution via SignNow.
• Help document SOPs and support GoHighLevel campaigns.
• Maintain consistent data across XPLAN, Office apps, SignNow, and GoHighLevel.
• Provide ad-hoc admin support to the Director and paraplanners.
