Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paraplanning experience within an Australian financial planning practice.
• Experience preparing SOAs and ROAs across investment, superannuation, insurance, and retirement planning.
• Solid knowledge of Australian financial planning regulatory environment (Corporations Act, FASEA, Best Interests Duty).
• Proficiency using AI-powered tools to draft, refine, and quality-check documents.
• Experience with large language models (ChatGPT, Claude) in an advice workflow.
• Strong written English communication for professional client documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ongoing review documents, SOAs, ROAs, and related research.
• Conduct investment, superannuation, insurance, and retirement planning research for advice content.
• Prepare annual review documents, portfolio reports, and client review packs.
• Maintain and update document templates for consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate for scheduled client reviews and pre-meeting packs.
• Assist with client onboarding, data collection, and ID verification.
• Support invoicing, fee collection, and general office administration.
