Job summary
Access Offshoring Philippines, Inc. seeks a Paraplanner to prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) for Australian clients. You will use Xplan modelling tools, perform research, and collaborate with compliance to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
The ideal candidate has at least three years in paraplanning, is highly organized, meets deadlines, and thrives in a remote, home-based role serving Australian-based clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of paraplanning experience with SOAs/ROAs.
- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation, insurance and superannuation.
- Experience with Xplan modelling for SOAs/ROAs.
- Experience using Xtools Risk Researcher and Morningstar.
- Experience quoting insurance premiums and using Productrex.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Paradino.
Responsibilities
- Advice Preparation: Prepare comprehensive SOAs and ROAs.
- Financial Modelling: Use Xplan modelling tools for cash flow modelling.
- Research and Comparisons: Use Xtools Risk Researcher and Morningstar for research.
- Insurance Quoting: Obtain and compare insurance premiums using Productrex.
- Technical Application: Apply knowledge of Australian taxation, insurance, and superannuation.
- Compliance Liaison: Coordinate with compliance to finalise plans to standard.
- Workflow Management: Organise priorities and meet deadlines.
