Job summary

OutForce Inc. in Pasig is seeking an accounting professional with 2+ years of experience to support day-to-day activities using Xero, and collaborate with the Australian Bookkeeper to prepare monthly financial reports.

The role requires on-site presence in Pasig, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication to coordinate across teams in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• At least two years of accounting-related experience.
• Experience using Xero accounting system.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site at the Pasig office.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions accurately in the Xero Accounting system.
• Conduct regular reviews of entered transactions for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain subsidiary ledgers for all receivable and payable accounts.
• Reconcile client payments and cash transfers.
• Reconcile credit card transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations to align book and bank balances.
• Prepare monthly adjustments, including accruals and asset depreciation.
• Coordinate with the Australian bookkeeper and assist in monthly financial reports.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Management Accounting
