Job summary

D&V Philippines is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to support client portfolios from daily bookkeeping through month-end closing and reporting. The role ensures accurate financial records, payroll processing, and compliance while guiding junior bookkeepers.

The position involves managing payroll, preparing management accounts, and client communications, with a hybrid setup including Makati office presence during onboarding.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy or related discipline; 4+ years bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with Xero, payroll, STP and month-end reporting.
• Strong English communication; able to mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping and month-end closing for client portfolios.
• Process payroll, superannuation, and statutory obligations.
• Prepare management accounts and reconciliations; review junior work.
• Communicate with clients and support the engagement team.
