BizEx is a virtual assistant and digital support agency helping health and wellness business owners scale with ease. From funnel builds to content systems to automation, we help turn vision into execution—without the overwhelm.

Our clients are mostly health practitioners like functional nutritionists, cardiologists, longevity coaches, radiation therapists, and health educators. They come to us wanting to build their first digital course, affiliate products, monetize their email list, or finally create the systems that allow their practice to grow without burnout.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Taking full ownership of client projects: funnels, automations, campaigns, content systems, and launches

Using GoHighLevel confidently (pipelines, workflows, forms, calendars, etc.)

Turning high-level marketing goals into step-by-step implementation plans

Delegating tasks across the team and keeping everyone aligned and moving

Reviewing deliverables for quality, alignment, and readiness before client review

Managing workflows using ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or the client’s chosen PM tool

Coordinating automations using Practice Better, Zapier, and related tools

Leveraging AI tools to speed up processes, simplify systems, and support the team

Troubleshooting issues quickly and offering solutions with confidence

Being highly responsive to both clients and team—communicating clearly, consistently, and proactively

Helping clients break down messy ideas (like launching their first course) into actionable steps

Checking in with team members, maintaining good morale, and ensuring everyone’s on track

Creating weekly and monthly reports that highlight wins and support ongoing visibility

Acting as the main driver of the ship—guiding both the client and our internal team toward shared goals

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

Are confident using GHL, Zapier, Practice Better, and automation tools

Are well-versed in digital marketing—especially in content, email, funnels, and launches

Understand the unique goals of health & wellness professionals transitioning online

Know how to structure and document repeatable systems using tools like Notion or GHL

Can work US time zone hours and are fast to respond when needed

Know how to spot issues early and resolve them quickly without waiting to be told

Are skilled in delegation, direction-setting, and task management

Are consistent in checking in with team members and offering support and clarity

Can create structure from chaos and break big ideas into manageable action plans

Can create and present weekly/monthly reports that track progress and results

Lead with empathy and confidence—you give clear direction, set boundaries, and build trust

Use AI tools to improve your work, streamline systems, or enhance team efficiency

Take full ownership of outcomes and don’t wait to be micromanaged

Have worked with digital launches, evergreen funnels, or affiliate-based campaigns

Have led projects for coaches, wellness brands, or healthcare professionals

Are experienced with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, ClickUp, Loom, and AI tools

Have managed or collaborated with creatives, tech VAs, and content teams before
