Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field with relevant experience in workplace administration, facilities, or administrative operations.
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in Facilities Management, Fleet Operations, or Corporate Administration.
• Experience coordinating administrative operations, facilities services, fleet management, or third-party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities to maintain safe, functional workplaces and oversee third-party manpower and service providers.
• Provide operations and leadership support, and assist with management tasks as needed.
• Support travel, facilities, fleet and admin services to ensure smooth daily operations.
