Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist with valid registration.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Administers internal operational workflows and establishes systems, procedures and processes in line with ethical and privacy standards.
• Performs psychological interventions, including counseling, psychotherapy, assessment, and related services.
• Diagnoses and treats mental, emotional, and behavioral issues.
• Reviews resources and translates evidence-based concepts for client understanding.
• Provides psychological assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Establishes effective client relationships for optimal solutions.
• Conducts case management and related administrative tasks as needed.
• Identifies opportunities to improve SOPs and introduce innovative approaches.
• Promotes Mind You to potential clients and industry stakeholders.
