Qualifications

• Must be amenable to work 100% onsite in SM Sta Rosa.
• Must be amenable to work on a fixed night schedule.
• At least 5 years or related experience, 3 years of leadership experience in the same field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, assist, and plan for the Facilities Team (Workplace Experience Team) to perform essential functions.
• Oversee a team of Facilities professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.
• Solve issues and challenges that arise during the operations of the site.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the Facilities Team.
• Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Maintain workplace infrastructure including operation & maintenance of office equipment.
• Prepare the budget, controls and ensure efficient utilization of the budget.
• Handle travel, logistics and arrangements for guests and vehicle utilization and maintenance.
• Monitor workplace-related expenses and report to head of department.
• Prepare documents for technical and admin procedures and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Carry out other work as assigned by HOD and ensure facilities meet world standards including electro-mechanical services maintenance.
• Provide guidance to workplace supervisors and associates; ensure workplace cleanliness and day-to-day issue resolution.
• Ensure timely food arrangement and monitor pantry food management; oversee vehicle utilization.
• Ensure transport and staff safety compliance; develop reliable vendor relationships for office equipment, consumables, stationery, etc.
• Drive overall operational and financial performance, budgeting of workplace expenses.
• Take feedback from internal customers to maximize satisfaction.
• Interface with procurement on facility-related contracts and with legal for compliance.
• Forecast monthly budgets/projections and produce MIS; monitor administrative expenses and cost alignment.
• Manage access control systems and structured cabling.
