Job summary

Afni, Inc. in the Philippines (Santa Rosa, Laguna) seeks a Workplace Experience Manager reporting to the Facilities Director. You will lead the Workplace Experience Team to perform essential facilities functions and ensure world-class maintenance and cost controls.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and development of team members, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must be amenable to work 100% onsite in SM Sta Rosa.
• At least 5 years or related experience, 3 years of leadership experience in the same field.
• Preferably with certification on OHS and pollution control.
• Experience in Facilities and Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the Workplace Experience Team to meet goals and objectives.
• Manage budget preparation, controls, and ensure efficient utilization of the budget.
• Coordinate travel, logistics and guest/vehicle arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory workplace requirements and safety standards.
• Maintain world-class facility standards and preventive maintenance.
• Interface with procurement and legal for contracts and compliance.
