JLL is seeking a seasoned Workplace Experience professional in Taguig to lead community engagement, oversee space management, and ensure exceptional client service.

You will act as the primary contact for workplace operations, coordinate with facilities vendors, and drive continuous improvement for the site's experience and functionality.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in hospitality/event management or serviced office environments, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, business or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in Hospitality / Flight Attendant / Events Management / Serviced Office
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.

Mansioni

• Serve as single point of contact for facility issues and space needs.
• Maintain relationships with client business units and neighbourhood community.
• Monitor vendors and ensure SLA/KPI delivery.
• Lead and develop the Workplace Experience Team.
• Escalate issues to management as required.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.
