Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in facilities management, building engineering or related technical fields with minimum 3.5 years of experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and oversee building operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Monitor building performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities with contractors and service providers.
• Track maintenance costs and vendor performance to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with local codes, regulations and safety standards; support inspections and regulatory reporting.
• Help plan and execute building enhancement projects within budget and quality standards.
• Support training and development of maintenance staff and uphold service excellence.
