Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Community Ambassador to support our Makati and Taguig sites in delivering a seamless workplace experience. The role emphasizes engaging with employees, coordinating soft services, and driving continuous improvement in facilities operations.

The candidate will assist the Workplace Lead, monitor service providers, and implement programs that enhance belonging, wellness, and safety at the office.

Qualifications

• A diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–3 years of workplace (FM) delivery experience, with emphasis on service quality.
• Certifications in Facility Management, PMP, Health & Safety, or Human Experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the introduction of technology and digital platforms for Workplace teams.
• Manage soft services vendors and ensure SLA compliance.
• Create and deliver the Workplace Experience roadmap for the site.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and communicate results clearly.
