Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a friendly Community Ambassador in the Philippines to serve as the welcoming face of our team in Cavite/Bacoor. You will handle front-desk duties, coordinate applicant flow, and support executives with a responsive, high-energy approach.

Ideal candidates are sociable multitaskers with strong communication, organization, and writing skills. On-site work from Monday to Friday is expected, with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. Canva/Photoshop are a plus.

Qualifications

• Sociable multitasker with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, creative, and proficient in writing.
• Bachelor's degree or college level in Business Admin/Comms/Hospitality.
• Willing to work on-site Monday to Friday.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; Canva/Photoshop is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for TaskUs and provide admin support.
• Manage attendee flow, engagement, and experiences for applicants and clients.
• Handle billing validations, shuttle logistics, and office assets.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent applicant experiences.
• Ensure policies and procedures are understood and followed.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and internal customers.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports on office supplies and inventory.
