Job summary

ActiveOne Health, Inc. is seeking a Workforce Associate to design staffing models and schedule clinic staff for day-to-day efficiency.

You will provide data-driven analysis to ensure staffing levels meet clinic needs while supporting Operations and the business. Responsibilities include developing schedules, collecting and interpreting data, preparing workforce reports, and offering recommendations to optimize staffing and reduce overheads.

Qualifications

• College graduate and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Google Workspace) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clinic staffing schedule.
• Collect, review, analyze, and interpret data to identify workforce challenges.
• Prepare workforce analysis reports for business needs.
• Provide recommendations to improve staffing to reduce overheads and improve client experience.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc/real-time reports on client metrics.
• Provide periodic reports and data trends to support Operations.
