Job summary

ActiveOne Health, Inc. is seeking a Workforce Associate to design staffing models and schedule clinic staff for day-to-day efficiency.

You will provide data-driven analysis to ensure staffing levels meet clinic needs while supporting Operations and the business. Responsibilities include developing schedules, collecting and interpreting data, preparing workforce reports, and offering recommendations to optimize staffing and reduce overheads.

Qualifications

• College graduate and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Google Workspace) is preferred.

The Workforce Associate is responsible for creating of staffing model and scheduling staff to accommodate day-to-day efficiency. The WFM Associate will provide the data and analysis to ensure staffing levels are appropriate to handle the clinic staff requirement while also meeting the needs of Operations and the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop a clinic staffing schedule.
• Collect, review, analyze, and interpret relevant data to identify challenges in the workforce.
• Prepare workforce analysis reports for business needs.
• Provide recommendations to improve the workforce to reduce overheads and increase client experience.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc/real-time reports on a variety of Client metrics.
• Provide periodic reports and data trends containing performance data to support Operations
• Respond to Service Level variations.
• Maintains employee records in the database
• Ensures all open shifts are properly staffed
• Handles employee timekeeping report

Background and Qualifications

• College graduate of any course
• Has a good understanding of analytical software
• Has the ability to translate data into business insights is useful in this profession
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Google Workspace)
• Strong operational discipline, able to manage time and resources to deliver critical outcomes
• Able to work gracefully under pressure and works in a timeline-driven environment
