• Develop and publish weekly agent schedules; track forecasts vs actuals.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote open information flow.
• Implement scheduling processes.
• Create mid‑ to long‑term staffing/capacity plans.
• Maintain roster and enforce roster timelines to Operations.
