On-site work is required with shifting schedules; candidates should have 1+ year WFM scheduling experience and strong Excel, forecasting, and capacity planning skills.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasts.
