Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Scheduler (Workforce Scheduler) to create and manage employee schedules aligned with staffing needs and forecasted demand. The role requires strong analytical skills and hands-on WFM scheduling experience in a BPO environment.

The successful candidate will develop schedules, handle shift bids, ensure cost-efficient staffing, and collaborate with Operations and WFM teams while maintaining accurate reporting and records.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in WFM Scheduling, preferably in a BPO.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work onsite and in a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasted staffing requirements.
• Manage shift bids, schedule adjustments, and schedule updates.
• Ensure optimal staffing coverage while supporting cost efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with Operations and Workforce Management teams.
• Monitor staffing requirements and make scheduling adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports.
• Support workforce planning activities through effective schedule management.
