Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Workforce Planner to coordinate data across operations, clients, and client services for forecasting and staffing requirements. You will maintain staff rosters with availability and skills, publish capacity snapshots, and create action plans to optimize staffing levels.

You will also input data into capacity planning tools to keep seating aligned with demand. The role emphasizes statistical analysis, trend reading, and proactive decision-making, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning and forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations, clients, and client services to gather data for forecasting and program requirements.
• Maintain roster of staff with availability, preferences and skills.
• Publish capacity snapshots and create action plans to address staffing gaps or reduce overages.
• Input data into online capacity plan tools to ensure accurate seating plans meet operational needs.
