You will oversee a team responsible for scheduling, staffing optimization, and 24/7 coverage, ensuring efficiency and KPI achievement.

The role requires healthcare workforce management experience, strong UKG Workforce Management knowledge, and the ability to drive service excellence through stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years using workforce scheduling systems in a 24/7 healthcare environment.
• 3+ years leading or supervising a team.
• Strong workforce planning and scheduling expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• UKG Workforce Management experience.
• UKG Certification.
• Experience in healthcare staffing operations.
• Experience in unionized or labor-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a centralized scheduling team.
• Ensure staffing schedules meet operational requirements and coverage standards.
• Monitor staffing forecasts and workforce demands.
• Coordinate schedule balancing, maintenance, and optimization.
• Provide guidance on scheduling processes and labor policies.
